Admission Policy

At Elite Vision School, Tohana, we believe that education is the foundation of a successful and fulfilling life. Our admission policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and equal opportunity for all applicants, while aligning with the values and standards of our institution.

1. Eligibility Criteria

Pre-Nursery & Nursery

Children must meet the age requirement as per the norms set by the school (generally 3+ years for Pre-Nursery as of 1st April of the academic year).

Kindergarten to Higher Classes

Admissions are granted based on age-appropriateness and successful performance in a written assessment and/or interview.

2. Admission Process

Registration

Parents/Guardians must fill out the registration form, available at the school office or online at www.elitevisionschool.com.

A non-refundable registration fee is to be paid at the time of form submission.

* Registration does not guarantee admission.

Assessment & Interaction

Students applying for Grade I and above may be required to appear for a written entrance test in English, Mathematics, and General Science.

For early classes (Pre-Nursery to UKG), a child-friendly interaction is conducted. Parents may also be invited for an interaction session.

Admission Confirmation

Based on performance and seat availability, shortlisted candidates will be informed.

Parents must complete the admission formalities within the stipulated time, including submission of required documents and payment of fees.

3. Documents Required

Birth Certificate (original & photocopy)
Aadhar Card of student and parents (photocopy)
Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
Previous year’s Report Card (for Class II and above)
2 recent passport-sized photographs of the student
Medical Certificate (if required)

4. Age Criteria (as on 1st April)

Class	Age Requirement
Pre-Nursery	2.5+ years
Nursery	3+ years
KG – I	4+ years
KG – II	5+ years
Class – I	6+ years

(Each subsequent class requires an additional year in age.)

5. Fee Structure

The fee structure is transparent and available at the school office. All fees must be paid as per the fee schedule provided at the time of admission.

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special conditions defined in the refund policy.

6. Admission Preference

Admission preference may be given in the following order (subject to seat availability):

Siblings of existing students
Alumni children
Merit-based applicants
Children of staff members

7. Reservation

As per the applicable guidelines from the state education department, reserved category seats (if any) will be offered as mandated.
